These creative, calming activities are designed to help you carve out a little time for yourself, ease your mind, and refresh your soul. Perfect for kids and adults, no experience needed—just come as you are. All supplies and instructions are included.

1. Mini Gratitude Art Journals
   Create your own mini journal to capture moments of gratitude and positivity in a beautifully personalized way.

2. Affirmation Stones
   Paint and design stones with uplifting words or images to keep you centered and inspired throughout the day.

3. Mini Aromatherapy Sachets
   Blend soothing scents and create a mini sachet to carry with you or place at home for a calming touch of aromatherapy.

4. Mindful Watercolor Art
   Enjoy the peaceful flow of watercolor painting as you create simple, soothing designs that allow you to relax and express yourself.
