Shipping Policies

  • All packages are shipped from 397 Glynn Street South, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
  • All shipping charges can be calculated prior to check-out on our website.
  • We typically ship orders within 24-36 hours of receipt, unless any ordered items are not in stock.
  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to an incorrect address which was provided when placing your order. Please verify addresses provided via PayPal by thoroughly reviewing your PayPal receipt. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc. please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you where possible. However, once the shipment is packed and mailed we are not responsible.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused due to weather, mechanical error, or other problems involving the shipping service that is used.
  • We are not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses or delayed packages.

    Return Policies

    • All purchases are non-refundable.
    • Special orders, custom cuts, and digital downloads are not returnable and non-refundable.
    • Damaged material must be first reported to carrier and then to Atlanta Vinyl. All damage claims will be handled appropriately based on carrier’s inspection report and evaluated on a case by case basis. Please call Atlanta Vinyl with any questions regarding damaged material.
    • Artistic Fusion makes no warranty, expressed or implied, beyond that of the manufacturer on all products.
    • If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. We may, at our discretion, send you a shipping label to return the defective product back to us before sending you a replacement product or refund.
    • We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. We are not responsible for lost shipments back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us with delivery confirmation. In addition, please consider insuring your return package.
    • Please allow 3-7 business days after our receipt of your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.

    Exchange Policies

    • Exchanges can only be made in-store.
    • Item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.


    We are a locally owned and operated unique craft studio and boutique that provides hands-on classes and events designed to help you connect to your creativity. We also offer small batch hand-crafted products, personalized goods, event space rental as well as retail goods. 

    Yes! VIP cards are available for pick up. Earn a stamp for every full-priced workshop you attend. After attending 5 classes, you can redeem the card for a free class or workshop (up to $55). Only one promo can be applied at a time and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed for special events, private events or guest Artisan classes

    Our digital gift cards can be purchased online or in the studio. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Artistic Fusion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. 

    Artistic Fusion books one fundraising opportunity per quarter (January through early September, we do not offer fundraising workshops October-December). Fundraising workshops must meet eligibility criteria, please email to inquire. 

    Artistic Fusion donates products, gift certificates and/or a combination of both. Due to the large number of requests recieved each month, we will be limiting  these (once the allocated budget has been reached. We will hold requests to the following month). Request early! These go very fast. 


    Workshops range from one hour up to three hours, depending on project size and complexity. 

    Our workshops vary in price ($35 - $99). Private party, speciality workshops and guests workshops vary in price ($45-250). 

    Sure, if your friend is ok making the project you registered/paid for. Adjustments, modifications or changing the project with be subject to a minimum fee of $10. Additional fees may be required depending on the class/project.

    Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy (all workshops and events, unless otherwise noted below): Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of a workshop will be granted a class credit for a future workshop (to be used within 30 days). 

    Ex: Saturday 6:00 workshop, cancellation would be needed the Saturday before by 6:00 PM (we are sorry for the inconvenience). 

    Late Notice Cancellation (all workshops and events, unless otherwise noted below): Any notice given less than 72 hours prior to a workshop will be subject to a transfer fee of $25 to move to a future class* (you must use the original design/purchase within 30 days - if original workshop is not scheduled within 30 days, guest can reschedule to the next scheduled). 

    Special Events: Registration cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of a workshop will be granted a workshop credit for a future workshop (to be used within 30 days). Notice given less than 72 hours prior to a special event workshop will be subject to a $15 packaging fee plus shipping if required (materials will be held for pickup for 3 days). Please note, we cannot guarantee the freshness of any perishable food items (if applicable) if not picked up the same day. Special event cancellations and no shows will not be moved to a future workshop. No refunds. No exceptions. 

    No Show: Any guest that is a no-show will forfeit the missed session. If custom materials were created, they will be kept on hand for 7 days to be picked up/take home (a $15 packaging fee plus shipping if applicable will apply).

    Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement, or change shall be limited to the price paid by you for such workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses. 

    Private Event/Party Cancellation Policy: A deposit is due when booking your private event/party. This deposit is NOT applied towards your event/party’s total due balance.  If you are unable to meet the minimum required, you will be responsible for the difference.  Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your private event/party more than 14 business days in advance, you may move your deposit to a future date. A $25 date change fee applies. If you choose to cancel your event/party less than 14 business days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private event/party times on our calendar.

    If the project you’ve chosen for your private event/party requires any customization, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 72 hours in advance so we can prepare the materials for your event/party.

    Other Cancellation Policies: If for any reason Artistic Fusion deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to hazardous weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all registered guests will be notified as early as possible. In the event a workshop is cancelled due to an unforeseen event, guests will have the option to transfer to the rescheduled workshop (or attend the same workshop within 90 days), using original materials created. 

    Due to staffing, Artistic Fusion reserves the right to cancel any event with less than 6 registered guests. Registered guests will have the option to transfer to the rescheduled workshop (or attend the same workshop within 90 days), using original materials created. 

    Late registration for personalized project requests are reviewed on an individual basis and depend on time, available staff to prepare materials, and seat availability. 

    We understand that things happen sometimes. However, out of respect for our other guests, we will not be able to disrupt the class to get late comers caught up.

    Late guests will be offered a one time opportunity to reschedule their class. There is a $25 fee due at the time of the reschedule.

    No-Show/No-Call guests will forfeit the class fee and will have to reschedule at the current price of the workshop.

    There are no refunds or credits for late or no-show guests. No exceptions.

    Yes! Private parties can be booked (which allows the use of the entire studio) and we also allow private table bookings for open studio events. 

    A $125 deposit is required to reserve the date/time. The deposit does not apply to the actual product fee. Deposits are non-refundable.

    Private party minimums vary by day and time. 

    • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, private parties can be booked for 6+ people.
    • Friday and Saturday evenings require 12+ guests.
    • Saturday and Sunday afternoons require 10+ guests. 

    Kid parties (ages 8+) can be booked Monday, Wednesday and Thursday or Saturday/Sunday afternoons. 

    Of course! Upon checkout, please enter the name/s of who you would like to be seated with. We do our best to accommodate guest requests but on occasion due to space constraints, not all requested parties can be seated together. 

    Absolutely not! Our workshops and experiences are perfect for individuals or small groups that aren't large enough to book a private event.

    Yes! You’re welcome to bring any snacks or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during class (don’t forget to bring disposable silverware, cups, napkins, and plates)! If you are of legal age, you are able to bring your own alcoholic beverages during private non-public events.

    Absolutely! Our workshops and experiences are instructor-led and designed for all skill levels. After you are done, you will see that everyone has a bit of creativity inside them. 😉

    Possibly! Depending on the project, we provide aprons and disposable gloves to help protect you and your clothing. If you are doing anything with paint, glue, stains, etc., we recommend that you wear clothing that can get dirty (or possibly stained). Stain, paint, and other materials that may be used during your project could damage or stain clothing. 

    Artistic Fusion or any of its partners do not compensate or replace personal items worn or bought into the studio that get damaged (see terms and conditions upon checkout). 

    Yes! We have a variety of options for each class that you can choose from.

    Any vinyl related project:

    • Modifications or substitutions of single words on standard designs can generally be made with no additional charges or fees (with at least 72 hours’ notice). 
    • Custom requests (that require design time) for standard workshop templates will be charged $10-20 - pending complexity/length of time to create the custom design.

    Sublimation: Pre-Drawn paint Canvas/Mugs/T-Shirts:

    • There will be a $10 fee to print and press one of our standard images. Custom images will be charged a $15 change fee.
