Outside the Lines - Mindful Coloring & Social Meetup
Outside the lines is a chill gathering where you join other amazing people who enjoy expressing themselves through colors and creativity. It's an opportunity to calm your mind and soothe your soul. You will be in a welcoming and supportive environment where it is safe and encouraged to "color outside of the lines". All levels of skill are welcome.
Bring your own supplies and coloring pages or select from our offerings. We have beautiful coloring pages or try mindful doodling, a brain-soothing activity that really helps you release tension and stress.
Light refreshments and beverages will be available but feel free to bring your own.
Coloring is proven to relieve stress, help you manage your emotions and contribute to an overall feeling of wellness.
Join us to unwind, express your artistic side, and meet new friends. Bring a friend or roll solo. Either way you will have a great time and leave with a few new friends.
