TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Registering for an Artistic Fusion event means you agree to all terms and conditions detailed below.
- Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to theft, loss of power, utility failures, service interruptions (cable, internet), or other unforeseen circumstances.
- By registering, you agree not to file any legal action against Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion, its owners, officers, or employees for any personal injury, damages incurred, incidental charges from the host location, and/or lost or stolen items.
- Only Service Animals protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will be allowed in the event space. Please contact the EVENT LOCATION for their pet policies.
- You must be 18 years or older to register for an event.
- Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued promptly.
- No smoking is allowed in the event room. Please refer to the EVENT LOCATION for their smoking policies.
- Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion reserves the right to modify event offerings and amenities at any time. This may include changes to meal provisions, event location, snack selections, gifts, door prizes, drawings, and table gifts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion has contractual agreements with the event venue. Therefore, all payments made toward the event are non-transferable towards future events and non-refundable. We strictly adhere to the cancellation policy outlined below to ensure fairness and consistency for all attendees.
No refunds or credits are available however, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend. Transfers must be submitted in writing via email or mailed letter. The transfer must be completed no later than September 19,2025. Transfers are not available after this date. No exceptions. We do not accept transfers via phone calls, texts, or social media messages. The transfer date will be determined based on the timestamp of the received email or the postmark on a mailed letter.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

To purchase products and services from Artistic Fusion Craft Studio online or through your mobile device using a credit card, we require your consent. By providing your consent, you authorize us to charge your credit card and agree to prevent disputes or chargebacks without valid cause, helping us reduce the risk of fraudulent charges. This consent applies to all of Artistic Fusion Craft Studio's online and mobile products and services, as well as any related disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions that you access electronically. You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information, including your email address, related to this purchase and your Artistic Fusion Craft Studio online account.
All guests of Artistic Fusion agree to grant Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion and any photographer or videographer working on their behalf the use of your appearance on video or in photography ("Materials") in its marketing, advertising, communications or promotions in any form, including but not limited to digital, online or in print ("Marketing Communications") in perpetuity. The use of Materials will not violate the rights of any person or any entity and will not cause Ms. Creative CEO, LLC to incur any liability for payment to any person or entity.
You agree to observe all posted rules/warnings and any oral instructions or directions given by the collective during the class. You recognize there is a level of safety required when using the tools and supplies provided. You assume full responsibility for the use of these tools and supplies.
Artistic Fusion and its partners, team members and associates are not responsible for damages or injuries that may arise on or off the premises as a result in your participation.
