Step Inside the Craft & Connect Bubble

Looking for a creative getaway where you can relax, create, laugh, shop, and feel surrounded by people who get it?

The Craft & Connect Retreat is your chance to step away from the everyday noise and spend four days inside what we lovingly call The Bubble — a welcoming creative space filled with crafting, connection, inspiration, good music, good food, and plenty of laughter.

This retreat is especially loved by paper crafters, junk journalers, scrapbookers, card makers, mixed media artists, and creative women who enjoy making beautiful things with their hands.

But please know this: all crafters are welcome.

Whatever your thing is, bring it. If you paint, sew, crochet, bead, make cards, scrapbook, journal, stitch, sketch, or just want to be around creative people while you work on your own projects, you are welcome here.

New crafters are welcome. Returning crafters are welcome. “I just want to be in the room with creative people” crafters are welcome too.

Bring your projects, your supplies, your comfy clothes, and your open heart. We’ll take care of the space, the vibe, and the connection.

The Mindful Tea Mixing Class will be available as an optional add-on class for an additional fee.

Optional kits, personal craft supplies, shopping purchases, transportation, and accommodations are not included unless specifically stated.

Bring Your Own Supplies

This is a bring-your-own-supplies retreat.

We are all about inspiration, creativity, and sharing ideas. There may be some tools and supplies available for shared use during the retreat, and we love a generous creative community.

However, each attendee is responsible for bringing the main materials, tools, and supplies they want to use during the retreat.

Not sure what to bring? Keep it simple. Bring the projects you’ve been meaning to finish, your favorite basic tools, and anything that makes you happy to create.

Payment Options

You may register in one of two ways:

Pay in Full

You may pay the full retreat registration amount of $699 at checkout using the available payment methods.

Eligible customers may also see Shop Pay Installments as an option at checkout for the paid-in-full registration. Shop Pay Installments are handled by Shop Pay and are separate from the Artistic Fusion Retreat Payment Plan. Approval, payment terms, and installment details for Shop Pay are managed directly through Shop Pay.

Important Event Notes

Things are subject to change without notice. Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio reserves the right to modify event offerings and amenities as needed. This may include changes to meals, event schedule, activities, vendors, gifts, door prizes, table gifts, swag bags, or other retreat details.

Transportation and accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for an Artistic Fusion event, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio is not responsible for any loss, damages, delays, interruptions, or claims resulting from circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to theft, loss of power, utility failures, internet or cable service interruptions, weather-related issues, travel delays, venue issues, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By completing your registration, you agree that Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, instructors, volunteers, transportation providers, and representatives are not liable for personal injury, damages, incidental charges from the host location, lost or stolen items, damaged personal belongings, damaged supplies, damaged equipment, or other costs incurred by the attendee.

Only service animals protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as the ADA, will be allowed in the event space. Please contact the event location directly regarding any hotel or venue pet policies.

You must be 18 years or older to register for and attend this event.

No smoking is allowed in the event room. Please refer to the event location for its smoking policies.

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio cancels the retreat, registered attendees will receive a refund of payments made directly to Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio for the event registration. Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other personal costs incurred by registrants.

Payment Plan Terms

Shop Pay Installments, when available, are handled by Shop Pay and are separate from the Artistic Fusion Retreat Payment Plan.

Photo and Video Release

By registering for and attending the Craft & Connect Retreat, you understand and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event.

You grant Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio permission to use photos, videos, and other event media that may include your image, likeness, voice, or creative participation for future marketing, social media, website content, promotional materials, recap videos, printed materials, and other business-related purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event and also let us know when you arrive. We will do our best to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in group photos, background footage, or public event captures.

Craft Crawl and Transportation Release

The Craft Crawl shopping day is part of the retreat experience. By participating, you understand that this activity may include group transportation, offsite shopping locations, walking, boarding and exiting vehicles, entering retail spaces, and participating in activities outside of the main event venue.

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio is not responsible for injury, illness, delays, transportation issues, lost or stolen items, damaged personal belongings, purchases made during the Craft Crawl, vendor or store experiences, or any other issue that may occur during offsite activities.

Participation in the Craft Crawl is voluntary. A separate transportation and activity release may be required before boarding any group transportation.

Personal Belongings and Supplies

Each attendee is responsible for their own personal belongings, craft supplies, tools, equipment, purchases, luggage, electronics, and any other items brought to the retreat, hotel, event room, Craft Crawl, vendor area, or transportation.

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio, its owners, team members, contractors, partners, vendors, instructors, transportation providers, and event location are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or unattended items.

Please keep valuables with you and label your supplies when possible.

Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

By registering for and attending the Craft & Connect Retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in the event, including but not limited to activities in the event space, hotel, vendor areas, classes, meals, social activities, Craft Crawl shopping day, transportation, and any offsite activities.

You agree to release and hold harmless Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, instructors, vendors, volunteers, representatives, transportation providers, and event location from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses connected to your attendance or participation in the retreat.

Conduct, Alcohol and Drugs Policy

The Craft & Connect Retreat is designed to be a welcoming, respectful, and safe creative environment.

Attendees are expected to treat other guests, instructors, vendors, event staff, hotel staff, transportation providers, retail partners, and all event participants with kindness and respect.

Illegal drugs, misuse of prescription medication, disruptive behavior, harassment, gambling, and unsafe conduct are not allowed during retreat activities.

Alcohol is not provided by Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio. If alcohol is available through the hotel, restaurant, or surrounding area, attendees are responsible for following all venue policies, local laws, and responsible conduct expectations.

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or violates event, venue, hotel, transportation, or legal policies.

Cancellation Policy

Ms. Creative CEO, LLC dba Artistic Fusion Craft Studio enters into contractual agreements with the event venue and other service providers. Because of this, all payments made toward this retreat are non-refundable and cannot be transferred toward future events.

No refunds or credits are available.

However, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfers must be submitted in writing by email or mailed letter. The transfer must be completed no later than December 1, 2026.

Transfers are not available after this date. No exceptions.

We do not accept transfer requests by phone call, text message, direct message, or social media comment. The transfer date will be determined by the timestamp of the received email or the postmark on a mailed letter.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
